I enjoyed this tour with our group. Guide was kind and comfortable. If you plan other tours, let me know. I will join your tour again. Thank you.
Thank you for organizing an event like this. It is always a great way to bring people closer to nature while also highlighting places in the Philippines that are not readily known to many people. Our driver and Sir Ezekiel (our tour guide) were also equipped with proper knowledge when asked of some questions about the area and were very helpful as well.
Just a few points for improvement:
1) If the vehicle that will ferry the participants will be changed, please inform the participants, even if just a few hours before the schedule of the tour. In our case, we were informed of the details, including the particulars of the vehicle. However, a different vehicle and driver was waiting for us on the day of the tour.
2) The driver / focal of the organizer (even if not present on the day of the tour) should be proactive in messaging or calling the participants. He should be informing the participants if he has already arrived at the meeting place and where he is parked. In the event that anyone is running late and may need to be left behind, the driver should also inform the persons concerned.
3) For ease of disseminating information, all persons involved in the trip should be included in the group chat created by the organizer. This should include the focal person for the group or the joiners (if travelling alone), the focal person for organizing group, the driver, etc. In this manner, any changes may be relayed quickly.
3) The entire trip was magnificent! However, while it was marketed to be kid-friendly, there are parts of the trip that are not. This should be made clear in the description of the tour as these activities tend to be dangerous and so, participants must be informed. The proper circulation of information should also be helpful to the organizer against any legal action the participants may have in case of any fortuitous event.
4) The organizer should be proactive in ensuring that proper information is disseminated. In our case, perhaps because the trip schedule followed a typhoon, the area was flowing with water at that time. While it may be thought to be common sense, it is best that organizers also advise the participants as to the proper footwear and attire (depending on the season and the weather) as many participants may not have experienced travelling to these areas.
5) Many of the improvised ladders may require ropes to ensure safety.
Overall, the trip was great and I applaud the organizing team for coming up with these tours. Thank you again!
Nice view but end point was not able to reached due to unrestored bamboo stairs.
4x4 driver smoking at the view deck that brings smells inside car & coughing inside car without face mask on. Also car descriptionq is not same as forwarded thru gc. (Green instead of Red)
Very good guide - Manong Betry, very accommodating and knows well the area.
They are professional in assisting your needs and would make sure that your payment is worth the experience. I was surely a fun nature tripping! Next stop, Mt. Pinatubo Trek!
