Are you a foreigner planning to visit the majestic Mt. Pinatubo via Capas trail? If so, you need to be aware of the recent requirements set forth by the Philippine Air Force (PAF). On March 10, 2024, the PAF sent a letter to the Capas Tourism Office regarding the entry of foreign nationals into Mt. Pinatubo.

PBIT, that the following Polish nationals has an approved Visit Clearance with VC Nr: A2CI/2024/03-032
Purpose of visit: To pass Falcon Gate and Condor Gate enroute to Mt. Pinatubo

What are the New Requirements?

Foreign nationals entering Mt. Pinatubo via the Capas trail are now required to submit their requirements (photos of passports) through endorsement 20 days prior to their visit. This new regulation came from higher headquarters for security purposes.
