- 旅行社将尽合理努力通知客人旅行日程的任何变更。如果出于安全原因或旅行社无法控制的合理情况而取消旅行，受影响的客人可以选择重新预订行程或申请退款。如果选择退款，将扣除所有必要的费用，例如许可证、导游费、四驱车费用、交通费和其他费用。
- 一旦预订确认并最终确定，任何未使用的旅游团的总套餐均不可退款。如果发生自然灾害或政府强制取消，将扣除套餐总费用的 30%。

We loved the tour and how helpful our 4WD navigators were in pointing out great photo ops. They were of course great drivers. The guides were good at pointing out places of interest in the gorge. But our older guide did not know how to use the phone camera and ended up taking a headless pic of the group. The younger female guide had excellent photo-taking skills. We had so much fun we all went home energized and happy. The fun was heightened by our decision to walk as "diwatas".
I enjoyed the tour from beginning to end. I appreciate the story behind the Avatar Gorge’s discovery and being run by the family living in that community. Very kind and people of God!
