Start of trek:
It will take 1 1/2 hour from parking area of 4x4 to trek Mt. Pinatubo crater lake. You must be physically fit for this hike. For 60 years old and above, a mandatory checkup is required at jumpoff.

Hat and sun protector, clothes for changing, trekking shoes.

- The tour operator will exert reasonable effort to notify the guest(s) of any changes in the tour schedule. In case of tour cancellation for safety and security reasons or in justified circumstances beyond the tour operator’s control, the affected guest(s) shall have the option to rebook their schedule or apply for a refund. In case refund is the option, all necessary charges will be deducted such as permits, guide fees, 4x4 fees, transfers and other charges.
- Once booking is CONFIRMED and FINALIZED, total package is NON-REFUNDABLE for any unused tours. In the event of natural calamities or mandated government cancellations, 30% of the total package rate will be deducted.
- All foreign nationals and Filipinos with foreign passports visiting Mt. Pinatubo via Capas trail must book and submit photos of passports of all guests twenty(20) days in advance. Lead guest is responsible in ensuring that all the participants have all the required documents necessary for travel. In the event that the booking is made in less than twenty(20) days and photos of passports were not submitted within two(2) days upon booking, 20% of the total package rate will be deducted.

The group was efficient from booking to the trek. The driver from Manila was very good, he follows driving rules and is very courteous. The trail itself was beyond our imagination. It was a very bumpy ride from the town to the place where we began the trek. The drivers were nice (we had 2 4x4's for our group) and didn't do anything outrageous just to impress us. The guides were very mindful and polite. It was a very humbling experience for my kids. They saw how our fellow people live and made them re-evaluate what they've got. It was, all in all, a wonderful experience!
On time, point to point pick ups and drop offs, secure, expert guides! Our guide helped us carry our stuff and was so pleasant all throughout the trip. Me and my boyfriend got engaged during this trip and they were so happy and excited about it! will never stop recommending this organizer enough.
We started from Manila. Actually, it wasn't easy because it was too far away. But It was a really comfortable trip! Thank you for our tour guide- forgot his name haha. Thank you!
