I visited Mt. Pinatubo after its eruption in 1991 many years ago….
Today to celebrate LIFE with deep Joy and Gratitude I decided to take another lifetime adventure and experience the grandeur of GOD’s magnificent creation at Pinatubo Lake🙏🏽♥️

I booked Pinatubo Mountainero Travel & Tours OPC their Pinatubo Joiners - Shared Group Tour SM Clark as Solo Joiner. What a big suprise met by Bari Silverio the Owner-Operator himself and my lone joiner Daniel from Taiwan at 4:00 AM. Bari drove us to the Jump Off and met by Kuya Ramil the best Tour Guide ever! We took the 4x4 open jeep and there we go….
The 4x4 long drive passing through the bumpy stoney river drive was really “buwis buhay” (risky; life-threatening) experience!

Kuya Ramil our tour guide was very kind in helping me pass through the most difficult parts especially in crossing the rivers with my bamboo cane. I can not thank him enough♥️ He is an Aeta who has been in Mt. Pinatubo before the eruption, helped build the development of the site and now a licensed Tour Guide explaining how his life has been.
The trail was a real adventure and the community provide several stops with improvised toilets made of cogon grass and stores selling merienda.
Wala ka ng mahihiling pa!

Overall, it was a great trip.
However, although it is a group tour, the operation of the tour should be changed to return the tourists as soon as they arrive on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to the same member of people as when we came, we had to waste more than an hour and a half of our time in the camp. If the companions are lucky, they will return early, and if they are unlucky, they will have to waste a long time in the camp. Improvements are needed.

Everything was perfect. We’re not the first in the crater but still not crowded so we enjoyed taking photos and admiring mt pinatubo. The only problem was when we got back in capas. Everyone was already inside the van except for 4 people. Supposedly at 1pm we are already in sm clark but 2:30pm we’re still in capas parking area. Then someone told us the 4 people that we are waiting for went somewhere else. We got back in sm clark around 4-4:20pm that’s way behind schedule. I hope there would be consequences for people who don’t follow schedule because our time is precious. And we don’t want to waste it for people who don’t care about others time. Also driver was excellent, shoutout to bapang rick! Thank you.

well organized tour; the early start was perfect so we could enjoy the easy hike to and the beautiful view at the crater lake and avoid the mass of tourists who came after us; the dusty, bumpy ride on an open jeepney through the amazing canyon was a great adventure

Superb staff! Drivers and guides are very helpful and courteous. Will definitely book again and invite more friends!
